Research On Professional Identity Of Postgraduates In Social Work In Colleges And Universities In Xinjiang

The status of social work in China started late,and was not recognized until 1987.In2009,it began to recruit postgraduate students in social work.Since then,the country has paid much attention to the development of the professional social work,especially for the construction of the professional talent team of social work,compared with the great needs of the society.Only a few graduate students are willing to choose social work as a profession.In view of this phenomenon,the author studies the professional identity of social work as a breakthrough point,in order to promote the process of professionalization and professionalization of social work,promote the development of social work education,and also have an irreplaceable significance in reducing the loss of social work talents.In this paper,the Xinjiang Colleges and Universities,including the Xinjiang University,Xinjiang Normal University two graduate students enrolled in social work graduate students,through a questionnaire survey,interviews,a total of 107 students to collect the questionnaire information,and 7 students interviewed.The questionnaire design consists of two parts:background survey and professional identity survey.The survey of professional identity is divided into cognition,appropriateness,behavior and emotion.Through personal factors,school and social institutional level and institutional level,the factors that affect the professional identity of social work include:The conflict between personal values and professional values,the motivation of postgraduate study has a positive impact on professional identification;the construction of school infrastructure is not perfect,the level of teachers needs to be improved,and the institutional practice system is not sound;The social environment is not friendly,and the implementation of social policies and specific supporting policies will not have a negative impact on professional identity.Through the analysis of the following conclusions: system level,improve policy support,implement specific measures;increase professional publicity;improve salary treatment level;pay attention to the construction of social work personnel.At the school level,the school should pay attention to the construction of the school environment,perfect the mode of training the talents,reform the way of setting up the curriculum,establish the positiverelationship between the universities and the social organizations,strive to win the three wins,and improve and implement the management system of the interns.At the personal level,we should establish correct values and firm professional beliefs,strengthen business skills and enhance management capabilities.
