Research On Sports Life Style Of Male Retired Teachers In Higher Vocational Colleges In Changsha

With the improvement of the quality of life and the improvement of the medical level,the life of the people is increasing,and the aging of the population has become a more and more important problem.How to improve the health of more and more retirees and how to achieve a healthy and long life are getting more and more attention from our government and society.In China,"aging" is coming under the condition of low level of social economy and imperfect social security system.In this situation,sports life style has become the most economical health maintenance system for retirees.With the improvement of the quality of life and the improvement of the medical level,the life of the people is increasing,and the aging of the population has become a more and more important problem.According to international practice,the aged population(over 65 years or above)is usually regarded as the standard for the aging of the population in a country.According to the fifth national census data,in 2000,the number of retirees aged 60 and over accounted for 129 million 980 thousand,accounting for 10.5% of the total population.The number of retirees aged 65 or above reached 88 million 110 thousand,accounting for 6.96% of the total population.The retired staff of more than 10% of the current population in China in 5 provinces and cities nationwide,the existing 65 population over the age of 120 million and is still growing by3.37% a year until 2015,China's aging population will exceed 200 million,accounting for about 14% of the total population,is expected to 2050,the number of retirees will be increased to more than 200 million in China about,the total population of about 1/4,obviously,our country has entered the aging society.Changsha City,Hunan Province,the provincial capital of Hunan Province,referred to as long,located in the eastern part of North Hunan Province,the western margin of the lower reaches of Xiangjiang and Liu Xiang basin,the city is the core of the construction of two oriented society comprehensive reform pilot area,the key development area to determine the national planning in 12 th Five-Year,Hunan province's political economic and cultural,science and trade center.There are 33 Higher Vocational Colleges in Changsha.Among them,there are 28 publicinstitutions and 5 private colleges and universities.Thousands of teachers and staff have made great contributions to the society in teaching and educating people and sacrificed a lot of self time.Some retired teachers before retiring due to busy work under great mental stress and family responsibilities,and self health protection consciousness is weak,after retirement,death phenomenon to be reported,retired after the sports lifestyle related to their health condition,relates to the social politics,economy,culture and so on,how to tackle the country's stability and development is the most important,the whole society should be given full attention and care in all aspects.On the basis of previous research,this study in order to improve the correct analysis of the "men from higher vocational colleges Changsha Countermeasures of sports lifestyle of retired teachers to anticipate and guide its development trend,corresponding to various effective measures,to achieve their" healthy aging".Through the research and analysis of the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,the following conclusions are drawn:...
