The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that "it must give priority to education,accelerate the modernization of education,promote the integration of urban and rural compulsory education,attach great importance to rural compulsory education,popularize high school education,and strive to make every child enjoy fairness.And quality education." The foundation of education is in teachers,to promote the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education,the key is to promote the professional integration of urban and rural teachers.However,after entering a new era,the gap between urban and rural education in the field of education has become more apparent,which gives a big question mark to the phrase “allowing every child to have a fair and quality education”.Equity in education is an important indicator of social equity,and education equity is vital to the healthy development of society as a whole.One reason for the gap between urban and rural education is the gap between the professional competence of urban and rural teachers.With the advent of the education informationization 2.0 era,"Internet +" is no longer just a networked environment,but also opens up a new path for the professional integration of urban and rural teachers.The professional integration of urban and rural teachers will help narrow the educational gap between urban and rural areas in China and achieve fairness in urban and rural education.This study sorts out the literature on professional development of teachers at home and abroad and the relevant policy documents on education informatization issued at the national level.It mainly uses research methods and case studies to conduct research,and surveys of ordinary high school teachers in cities and counties of Gansu Province.The object,through the investigation and research method to analyze the differences and problems in the development of professional competence of ordinary high school teachers and rural teachers in Gansu Province,the existing problems in the teacher training,summed up the "Internet +" to promote the urban and rural teacher profession through the case study method The success stories of integrated development have some inspirations from them.Then the author combines the problems found in the investigation and research,the enlightenment from the successful cases,and the policy documents issued at the national level on the integration of urban and rural teachers in the context of “Internet +”.This paper puts forward the strategy of using "Internet +" to promote the integrated development of urban and rural teachers,and carries out preliminary practice on some of the proposed strategies.The author takes the effectiveness of the “Internet +” to establish a network learning space for high school mathematics teachers in the mathematics subject base of Gansu Province as an example,and proves that the “Internet +” strategy to promote the integrated development of urban and rural teachers is effective.Therefore,this study mainly draws the following two conclusions:(1)proposes the strategy of using “Internet +” to promote the integrated development of urban and rural teachers;(2)“Internet +” promotes the integration of urban and rural teachers.It's effective.
