To rejuvenate the country,we must first strengthen teachers.and it has become a national development strategy to establish a team of high-quality professional and innovative teachers.The problem of teachers has always been a shortcoming of rural compulsory education in our country.In order to make up for this shortcoming,our country has launched the "Special Post Program" in 2006 to recruit young teachers with high academic qualifications into rural compulsory education schools.The "Special Post Program" has achieved a lot of results since its implementation.It not only solved the employment problem of college students to a certain extent,but also provided a large number of excellent teachers in rural areas.Since the implementation of the plan,850,000 teachers have been hired.This year the plan will continue to be implemented,and the recruitment scale will reach 105,000.The educational value of such a large team of teachers is immeasurable,and the professional development level of this huge team determines the development of local compulsory education.Therefore,the professional development of teachers in special positions is a notable issue.This article surveyed 164 special post teachers who were hired in 2017 in H City,L Province.The results of questionnaire surveys and interviews show that the professional development structure of special post teachers in the region is unbalanced,the basic life needs are not fully guaranteed,the work intensity is too high,the motivation for job hunting is not simple,there are problems that are taught but not learned,and the training is in a form and lacks specificity,lack of expertise.The author has sorted out the causes of the problems,mainly including the inadequate implementation of policies,access standards to be improved,improper school work arrangements,training and evaluation systems to be improved,and unclear personal subjective understanding of teachers.Combining the causes of the problems,the author puts forward targeted suggestions from the perspectives of policy guarantee,school support and self-improvement to improve the professional development of teachers in special positions.The first is policy guarantees,which must meet basic living needs,appropriately raise the entry threshold,and complete training and assessment systems;second,school support,must reasonably allocate work tasks,create a professional development atmosphere,and increase necessary humanistic care;third,self-improvement,it is necessary to enhance the consciousness of professional development and establish the concept of lifelong learning.
