Hundred years’ policy based on education; while the education policy based on teach ers. In the background of the new curriculum reform, the quality and ability of teachers in each area have become increasingly demanding. It has become an inevitable requirement of modern educational reform and development that promote school educators to create a high-quality professional teacher team. With the government’s emphasis on the constructi on of teachers, the provinces and cities have launched the "top teacher training project", which has made waves of teacher training. This paper takes the relevant documents of the cultivation of famous teachers in primary and middle schools of Fujian province and Jian gsu province as the basis and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the two pr ovincial culture in the process of teacher or educator which provides theoretical basis for the selection, management, and examination linked by using comparative analysis, invest igation and interviewing method. On this basis, aiming at the existing problems of teache r training, combined with the actual situation of the teacher training of primary and middl e schools in Fujian province, this paper puts forward four constructive suggestions:optim ize the teacher evaluation system; increase training funding; strengthen top teachers’co mmunicative activities so that improve their influence; establish a complete teacher traini ng system.
