With the rapid development of the Internet and the popularization of computers and smartphones,college students use the Internet in their study and life more frequently,and therefore a group of people appear on campus,who stay all day in Internet cafes or the dormitories,playing games,chatting online,not interested in class and campus group activities,and don't take the initiative to participate in communication when getting along with their classmates.In limited communication activities,they have fewer common topics with others,and it is difficult for their classmates to resonate with them.They create a dissocial,negative and anomalous impression on the surrounding students,teachers,and family members.Even in the long-term state,some students have violated the law and committed crimes,which has had a certain negative impact on the evaluation of college students.Actually,the performance of this group is a kind of "Internet addiction" behavior,an excessive dependence caused by improper use of the Internet,and a morbid out-of-control impulse to emotional behavior,which needs to be intervened in by a series of means to recover.In this paper,due to Internet addiction,the service object Xiao Fan has a series of problems,such as alienation of parent-child relationship,decline of academic performance,lack of communication between peer groups,psychological deviation and so on.The first reason is affected by subjective factors,the other is affected by objective factors.Subjective factors include the existence of cognitive bias,self-cognitive impairment,irrational cognition of stress and frustration,and the contradiction between psychological needs and reality of college students.Cognitive bias is the main cause.The objective factors are the lack of family communication and the lack of strict school management.Finally,it leads to the Internet addiction of Xiao Fan,the object of service.Internet addiction has caused great trouble to college students.How to get rid of Internet addiction and make college students return to normal campus life is a problem that needs to be paid close attention to and solved urgently.The author studies the problem of Internet addiction of college students with Internet addiction and adopts the model of cognitive behavioral therapy,takes Xiao Fan as an example,corrects his cognitive bias,and helps him to set up the correct social cognition and behavior direction.And urge it to be used in study and life.Through the intervention of casework,Xiao Fan reshaped cognition,changed behavior,and successfully got rid of Internet addiction.At the family level,I can actively communicate with my family and have a close parent-child relationship.At the social level,it improves the communicative competence and realizes the sublimation of the individual.Based on the principle of cognitive behavior theory,this study explores the direct and indirect effects of cognitive behavior on Internet addiction,and the adaptability of the cognitive behavior therapy model,initially forms the practical experience of improving college students' Internet addiction,and implements the intervention therapy model according to the typical case,in order to enable college students to quit Internet addiction and provide specific practice for quitting the behavior of Internet addiction.
