| By 2022,the number of online game users in China will exceed 200 million.The proportion of underage Internet users who regularly play online games is as high as 62.3%.A considerable number of them have developed into online game addiction,which has caused a huge negative impact on their study,life,and physical and mental development.It has become the hidden trouble and obstacle to the harmonious family and the orderly development of the whole society.Therefore,exploring how to improve the problem of adolescent online game addiction has become an important topic that cannot be avoided in the current era.This study takes a certain school Z in S city W as an example to first clarify the actual performance of the online game addiction problem,including the difficulty of controlling the duration of the online game,seriously affecting the health of the body,the spirit of quitting the game,the obvious decline of academic performance,Online games are restricted and restless,obvious withdrawal reaction,frequent virtual interaction of online games,alienation of real interpersonal relationships,family conflicts caused by online games,and depression of inner feelings.Then it analyzed the causes of his addiction to online games,including weak self-control,inability to control his desire to play online games,lack of self-worth,loss of internal learning motivation,lack of other interests and hobbies,and lack of spiritual nourishment.Poor interpersonal skills,fear of real interactions,uneasy family relationships,difficulty in giving emotional comfort,etc.Based on the analysis of the expression and the cause of the addiction of a certain network game,a cognitive behavior therapy mode is adopted,and the methods of system desensitization,relaxation training,aversion therapy,substitution therapy,life situation training,contract formation and the like are adopted to help the person identify wrong thinking and improve the self-control ability.Shorten the time of online games,form healthy routines,enhance learning process participation,improve learning efficiency,find and cultivate beneficial interests,improve communication methods,and open up communication with classmates.The results show that after case work intervention,the degree of addiction of Z’s online game decreased from 56 to 19 to show that Z is not addicted,which verifies the effectiveness of cognitive behavior therapy in improving adolescent online game addiction.can help young people who are deeply addicted to online games to return to normal life and learning rhythm,and promote the overall and healthy development of body and mind.Finally,based on the results of this study,some suggestions are put forward to improve the adolescent online game addiction. |
