A Study On The Safety Management Of Middle School Campus

Safety plays an important role in building a harmonious society.It is the guarantee as well as the key to our daily life.School,a small society,is not only a place where teachers work,and a place where students accept education,but has a duty to develop and train the talented.As for this,school safety management has a great influence on the operation of the overall work of the school.Middle school students are vulnerable to be the targets or victims just because they are not old enough to deal with the emergency.What's more,the lack of the safety awareness together with the inability to distinguish the right from the wrong is also one of the important reasons.Campus security,as one of the key parts of social public security,is not only vital to the staff's health both physically and mentally,but also crucial to the safety of their lives and property.More importantly,it affects the development,the stability and unity of our society.Based on this,taking campus safety management as the main research direction is meaningful and practical,which ensures that teachers and students have a safe,healthy and comfortable environment.In this paper,the theory of public safety management and campus safety management are used as the premise of theoretical research.Besides a review on the current domestic and foreign research,literature research and questionnaire are also used in the paper.The whole research covers three middle schools in the seventh district of Lanzhou,in which the subject,object and management means of campus safety management are showed and analyzed.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of their present management,we aim to find out the reasons for the problems of campus safety management,trying to offer effective suggestions and improving campus safety management so that we can further strengthen the supervision and form an effective mechanism of cooperation between family,campus and police.All these factors may gradually enhance the safety management mode,and optimize the management system.Owing to this,the campus security can be ensured and the infringement will be minimized.All the cases in the paper come from three middle schools in the seventh district of Lanzhou.By studying the theory and looking into the current situation,we expect to know more about the safety management of these three schools so that we can give them reasonable suggestions as possible as we can.We hope it can make a difference in ensuring the safety of teachers and students in the school and benefiting them a lot.
