Research On Optimized Supply Of Rural Public Sports Facilities In The Construction Of Characteristic Towns

The construction of public sports services is an important part of meeting the basic sports needs of the people,and it is also an important part of building a characteristic town.With the promulgation of the "13th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development" and the "Notice on the Cultivation of Characteristic Towns",the government has gradually strengthened its support for the public sports service sector.The development of rural public sports services in the construction of characteristic towns has once again become a hot topic and hot topic of academic circles.How to provide the status quo of rural public sports service supply in the construction of characteristic towns,how to improve the satisfaction and happiness of residents'physical exercise,and finally realize the effective supply of rural public sports services,which needs to be followed up.To this end,this paper uses literature,field research,expert interviews,comparative analysis and other methods to take a case study of the supply of public sports service facilities in the characteristic town of Putian City,Fujian Province,and deeply analyze the problems and causes in the supply process.Explore new ways to effectively supply public sports services in characteristic towns,and provide experience for public transportation service allocation in many other characteristic towns across the country.The results show that:First,the current supply of public sports services in the characteristic towns of Putian City:the population of the four characteristic towns is relatively concentrated,the per capita disposable income has increased compared with the previous period,and the leisure time has increased compared with the past.The basic public facilities are relatively well-configured,which creates conditions for the rational location and optimal allocation of public sports service facilities.However,at present,the awareness of sports cognition of residents in characteristic towns is slightly insufficient,and there is less time for physical exercise in the rest of the time.Second,the problems in the process of public sports service supply:1.The fgovernment pays insufficient attention to the construction of public sports service facilities;2.The regulations for the construction of sports facilities are not perfect,and there are no documents related to the construction of public sports facilities in characteristic towns;3.No difference The supply of public sports services causes mismatch between supply and demand;4.The main body of public sports service facilities is single;5.The participation of members of the planning and construction of characteristic towns lacks the participation of sports personnel;6.The expression mechanism of public sports service demand of residents in characteristic towns is lacking;The contradiction between economic benefits and the allocation of sports space resources is prominent;8.The problems of the acceptance and assessment mechanism of public sports facilities in characteristic towns are imperfect,which hinders the rational allocation of public sports facilities in characteristic towns.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of the differences in supply and demand of public sports services,suggestions are made:1.Improve the government's attention and provide sports facilities that the people are satisfied with on demand;2.Participate in the planning and construction of characteristic towns;3.Establish sound residents' needs Expression mechanism;4.Multi-party cooperation to participate in the supply of public sports services;5.Improve the relevant laws and regulations on the construction of public sports facilities in characteristic towns,in order to promote the construction of public sports services in characteristic towns.
