Rule consciousness is the concept that people form on the basis of external rules of cognitive identity and use it to guide and regulate behavior.This study uses self-made questionnaires to understand the status quo of some high school students' awareness of rules in Chongqing,analyzes the problems of high school students' awareness of rules in Chongqing,and discusses the causes of problems.Finally,it explores the cultivation path of high school students' rule consciousness..This study divides the rule consciousness of high school students into three dimensions: high school students' basic cognition of rules,rule observance consciousness and rule participation consciousness.The cognition of rules mainly includes basic cognition of rules connotation and function,and rule observance consciousness.It refers to the conscious compliance of the inner core based on the cognition of different types of rules.The rule participation consciousness dimension mainly reflects the positive degree of high school students in rule making and rule supervision.This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 506 high school students in Chongqing,and analyzed the current situation of high school students' awareness of rules based on statistical results.In general,the high school students' rule awareness has certain positive aspects,which are mainly reflected in the fact that high school students have already had a certain basic understanding of the different rules types such as school rules,ethics,laws and regulations,and basically can follow the rules..But at the same time,there are also the following problems: First,the rule awareness of high school students is only moderate,and it is still necessary to raise the level of rule awareness.Second,high school students have the lowest level of familiarity with laws and regulations.Third,high school lives in a situation where rule cognition and rules obey disentanglement.Fourth,the participation of high school students in the rules is not high.Fifth,the level of rule awareness of boys is relatively low.Sixth,the awareness of student cadres' rules is not significantly higher than that of non-student cadres,and they have not played their due role.Finally,the level of rule awareness of high school students did not increase with the increase of grades.Combined with the above analysis of the status quo of high school students' ruleconsciousness and other related factors,the author analyzes the reasons for the problems of high school students' rule consciousness.The first is the negative impact of the external environment.Including the far-reaching influence of the rules of the people in traditional culture,the majesty of the disciplinary measures such as law,the lack of effective and positive guidance of the media,and the deviation of the rules awareness education of high school students.It is manifested in the imbalance of the concept consciousness education concept,the lack of comprehensiveness of the rule awareness education content,neglecting the enthusiasm of students in the rules formulation and supervision,and then the lack of characteristics of high school students' own thoughts and behaviors.It is reflected in the lack of self-quality,the lack of self-control,the deviation of values under the conflict between personality and rules.Finally,it is the negative effect of the important influence of the person's anomie behavior.Based on the above research results,suggestions for the cultivation of rule awareness are proposed.First,create a good social atmosphere that adheres to the rules and create a harmonious environment for the cultivation of high school students' rule consciousness.Specifically,it includes the realization of modern transformation of traditional culture,providing endogenous value for the cultivation of rule awareness,using legal and other coercive means to increase the cost of violation of rules,the media pay close attention to public opinion,and actively and effectively guide;second,improve the process of high school students' awareness of rules.From the four aspects of strengthening the rule awareness education concept,enriching the awareness of rule awareness,innovating the rule awareness education,and improving the rule awareness training mechanism;third,promoting high school students to strengthen self-rule awareness education.Including deepening the cognition of rules,strictly applying rules to self,and paying attention to "integration of knowledge and action." Fourth,play the role of important others and strengthen the cultivation of rule awareness.
