| "Political identity","Scientific spirit","Awareness of the rule of law" and "Public participation" have been condensed into the four core qualities of high school ideological and political courses by the "General High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)".The cultivation of the "rule of law awareness" of high school students will help to achieve comprehensive governance of the country according to law,improve the core literacy of students’ high school ideological and political subjects,help improve the professional literacy of ideological and political teachers,and cultivate students’ awareness of citizenship.Through combing and investigating the basic concepts of the rule of law consciousness,it is found that there are some shortcomings and problems in cultivating students’ rule of law consciousness in high school ideological and political classes.Combining these shortcomings,specific measures to solve the problem are proposed from the transformation of the concept of the rule of law awareness training,the optimization and extension of the content of the textbook,the improvement of the method of training the rule of law awareness and the application of the teaching evaluation of the rule of law awareness training,so as to improve students’ understanding of the rule of law.,So that the core literacy of the "rule of law consciousness" can be implemented.With the goal of building a socialist country under the rule of law,under the guidance of national policies and conference spirit,and new curriculum standards,combined with the new requirements of the new era,this article discusses how to cultivate students’ awareness of the rule of law in high school ideological and political classrooms.To explore.It is mainly divided into three parts to explain:The first part starts with the definition of the concept of rule of law,and analyzes the significance of cultivating students ’ sense of rule of law in the current high school ideological and political classes: the need to comprehensively promote the rule of law;the need to achieve the overall development of students;the need to cultivate the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines.In the second part,through interviews and internship experience,it analyzes the problems and causes of the students’ sense of rule of law in the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools.With the help of questionnaires and teacher interviews,it was found that teachers did not pay enough attention to the cultivation of students ’awareness of the rule of law,teachers’ lack of development of the content of the rule of law,the single method of teachers’ cultivating of students’ awareness of the rule of law,and the incomplete teaching evaluation methods of teachers’ cultivation of students’ awareness of the rule of law are current high school ideological and political Problems in cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law in class teaching.There are four main reasons,namely,the restriction of the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness and the examination-oriented education,the teachers’ insufficient exploration of the rule of law curriculum resources,the lack of teachers’ diversified exploration of teaching methods,and the lack of teachers’ comprehensive application of teaching evaluation.In order to study the countermeasures of cultivating students’ awareness of the rule of law in the teaching of "Politics and the Rule of Law" in the ideological and political course.In the third part,four targeted and feasible solutions are put forward to solve the problems in cultivating students’ rule of law consciousness in high school ideological and political courses: changing the idea of cultivating the rule of law awareness,integrating and optimizing the content of the rule of law in textbooks,expanding the knowledge of the rule of law in teaching materials,and improving the rule of law.Awareness training methods and teaching evaluation of good governance awareness training. |
