The social work profession originated in the West.With the establishment of social work education in China in the mid-1980s,by 2011,18 departments and organizations such as the Central Organization Department and the Ministry of Civil Affairs jointly issued the"Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Professional Talents in Social Work." "The direction of social work development has been refined,and the importance of social work profession can be said to be more and more prominent.Professional construction is inseparable from professional education,and professional practice has an irreplaceable position in professional education.However,due to the characteristics of current social work practice education and the characteristics of students,it is inevitable that they will encounter some internship problems during the internship.This article is based on the practical problems encountered by the students of the X-college 2017 Social Work Masters in Chengdu,"Who am I","What do I want to do","How do I do it",and use it as the research object to choose the role theory.As a support,qualitative research method is used to explore the role predicament encountered in the internship process in four steps.It is concluded that there are three kinds of role dilemmas encountered by social work specialist interns in professional internships,and the roles are unclear.,role conflicts,and role gaps.Further analysis found that the causes of the dilemma are concentrated in the following aspects:First,the students themselves,the role learning is not sufficient,the role play is overloaded;the second is the institutional level,the professional environment is severe,the organization's own system is difficult to standardize,lack of corresponding internship management system;At the school level,professional internship evaluation is biased,supervision teachers have limited resources;fourth is other levels,professional social support is insufficient,and professional social cognition is lacking.Comprehensively put forward the above-mentioned targeted countermeasures.First,at the self level,strengthen role cognition,enhance professional literacy,actively seek supervision and reduce problem retention;second,at the institutional level,strengthen supervision and construction,improve the internship environment,improve the internship system,and enhance the internship effect;Third,at the school level,innovative supervision nethods,promote teaching in accordance with their aptitude,improve communication mechanisms,and avoid disjointed practice;Fourth,at other levels,improve the professionalism of social work institutions,promote the professional development of social work,strengthen professional social awareness,and optimize the social work service environment.
