As an interdisciplinary discipline,medical social work is a key field in social work practice,and its high standardization put forward higher demand for high-quality applied talents.At present,social work education in our country is constantly improving the personnel training mechanism under the background of the integration of production and education,emphasizing the professional practice training of social work students,strengthening the cooperation and integration between higher education and practice institutions,and jointly cultivating applied talents.Reflexive practice is a key link in social work practice and a core attribute of professional competence.By focusing on reflective practice of medical social work interns in practice,it is of great significance to explore the behavior of interns’ reflective practice and the causes behind it,which is helpful to promote the development of professional education and practice of social work.This paper adopts the qualitative research method,and on the basis of analyzing the secondary data related to internship,in-depth interviews 15 students with a master’s degree in social work who have practiced in hospitals.Based on the theory of social ecosystem,this paper discusses how medical social work interns respond to problems and challenges from multiple situations with reflexive ability,what are the influencing factors behind reflexive practice performance and the educational strategies to promote its development.Through combing,the following conclusions can be drawn: Firstly,reflective practice by medical social work interns is a double-loop learning process.When the degree of interaction between interns and the school system and hospital system is different,they will show different reflexive thinking and action strategies: When the personal system and the school system are the main interaction system,the interns will take the school as the main situation,combined with the current development status of local medical social work education and practice and past practical experience to present a shallow level of reflective thinking and action.When personal system and hospital system are the main interaction system,medical social work interns will clarify their roles and explore strategies for establishing and maintaining relationships with different practice groups in the hospital.In the face of the interweaving of multiple systems,they will construct a reflective dialogue through reflective writing,seeking the help of professional supervision and using the power of multiple sources to talk inward and outward respectively,so as to promote their own effective reflexive practice.On the whole,medical social work interns will conduct double-loop reflection in the practice process,guide them to care for themselves,improve their practical ability,and thus enhance their professional identity and sense of career benefit.Secondly,the occurrence of reflective practice requires certain conditions.The promotion of the policy of integrating production and education,the development of reflective teaching in colleges and universities,and the provision of clinical practice and professional learning environment in practicing hospitals all affect the in-depth and effective development of reflective practice of medical social work interns.Finally,according to the influencing factors of reflective practice and the development status of local social work education,the author puts forward targeted educational strategies to promote interns to better use reflective practice from three aspects: individual interns,schools and practicing hospitals,hoping to provide reference for social work practice education.Universities and practice institutions can provide reflective practice safe space,carry out professional joint supervision,strengthen cooperation,collaborative education.
