In recent years,social work has been developing steadily with the support of the government and the people,but the frequent brain drain of social workers is a major problem hindering the development of social work organizations.Therefore,it is necessary for social work organizations to attract professionals for further development.However,the social work industry is an emerging industry with insufficient talent reserves and many people are not familiar with it,which makes it difficult for social work organizations to recruit suitable professionals in the recruitment market.It can be seen that social worker interns are a new force of professional talents,and also an important talent resource of social worker organizations.This paper will focus on the attraction of professionals by social work organizations.Based on the reality,social workers interns are an important part of social workers professionals.Through a case study of M institutions and interviews with relevant managers,I learn that the relevant measures currently adopted in retaining social workers interns are: providing opportunities for learning and training throughout,combining job supervision with emotional supervision,and fair examination,provide accommodation opportunities,project managers directly lead social workers interns,social workers interns directly lead projects,train middle-level managers from the front line,teamwork between sites,provide activities that can relieve pressure,flexible attendance management and so on.However,there are still some problems in these measures.I summarize these problems as follows: training supervision,salary and welfare,promotion and experience,team building and so on.These problems need to be further improved.Finally,according to the problems summarized,I get enlightenment and put forward the corresponding strategies in four aspects: social work professionals who value experience growth,social work professionals who value salary and welfare,social work professionals who value post promotion,and social work professionals who value team culture.Through such promotion strategies,I hope that social work organizations can successfully attract professionals.
