At present,the develop ment of "Internet +" and AI technology is changing rapidly.Many Internet companies need to use AI,big data and cloud computing to improve their own industrial system.This has led to a new round of fierce competition in enterprises,and the demand for employees is getting higher and higher.This makes the pressure of employees increase exponentially,and the problem of employees' job burnout is more serious.Excessive job burnout will not only lead to psychological and physiological imbalance of employees,but also lead to extreme behavior of employees,which will eventually have a negative impact on the healthy growth of employees and the sustainable develop ment of enterprise organizations.This study used literature,questionnaire and interview methods to analyze the burnout of employees in Qingdao L enterprise.The author refers to the literature at home and abroad,analyses the reasons for the formation of job burnout,and discusses how to effectively carry out group activities to alleviate job burnout and other issues.Through the analysis of 142 questionnaires and in-depth interviews with managers and employees,it was found that the symptoms of burnout in L enterprise employees were fatigue,fatigue,intense emotional fluctuation,extreme anger and frequent insomnia.The causes of these problems include high work intensity,heavy workload,promotion bottlenecks in career develop ment,knowledge updating and strong self-awareness,resulting in interpersonal tension,and strict requirements of enterprise m anagement on employees.On this basis,the author analyzed the necessity and feasibility of group work methods to intervene in the problem of job burnout in Internet enterprises,and discussed the role of group work in alleviating job burnout.Establish support system,improve interpersonal communication and potential treatment,and through the establishment of support groups,carry out team activities according to the needs of employees,help team members to achieve personal empowerment,establish job burnout support system,to reduce the purpose of employee burnout.
