The Construction Of Index System Of Community Sports Service Level

Community sports public service is to meet the needs of the community and provide the entire community and residents with sports products and services. The first part of the research,on the basis of searching researches related to community sports public service and community sports building, and taking account into the objective reality of urban community sports building, from the new public service theory,described the related concepts of community sports public service system, and analysed the necessity of building a community sports public service system. The theory can offer macroscopic instruction and show the direction of progress, besides, it can provide some guidance for the construction of grass-root nationwide fitness service system.In the latter part,by using literature and expert interviews to obtain relevant theoretical knowledge and recommendations, basing on relevant literature about sports public service,and following certain principles of constructing index system, combined these theories and my knowledge to form the first draft of index system. After the formation of the draft,by a questionnaire survey of experts and consulted their views, based on their views to make further amendments to index system. Through two rounds of experts survey, finally determining that a community sports public service index system,the system includes 6 indicators,16 secondary targets, and 48three indicators; Then used AHP to determine the level of index weights, used expert scoring method to determine the second and third index weights. Finally formed a comprehensive community sports public service system index system which is more completed to community and has strong scientific operations.through the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish service assessment model for community sports public service, and took the Ya Dong community in NanJing city as an example,the result is common.In the process of studying, this paper also found some disadvantages in constructing community sports public service system. For instance, lacking of study about this aspect; short of the guidance from the service government; the compulsory legislation is still far enough and lack of money and so on.This paper cherishes the hope that more and more people can involve into the activity of constructing community sports public service system so as to better service our people and construct a kind of physical culture which benefits all the people of the community.
