With the continuous development of China's economy,the industrial structure has been constantly evolving.In this process,the development of education,especially the development of higher education,has played a vital role.As a key component of higher education,subject structure also has a certain impact on the industrial structure.Since 2013,China's economic and industrial structure has undergone a historic transformation,which has changed from the original "two-three-one" structure to "three-two-one" structure,making the tertiary industry achieve the maximum contribution to China's economy.Therefore,China's higher education in the personnel training sector to meet the needs of social and economic development must follow.To adjust,we must establish a scientific and reasonable class structure to meet the requirements of the employers in the society.Based on this background,the author searches for the literature related to this research topic through China HowNet,Google Academy,Superstar Database and other network resources and school libraries,and collates the most valuable research materials,which provides an important reference for theoretical research and empirical research.In addition,this paper mainly uses empirical research method to demonstrate the topic,which focuses on the analysis of China's higher education disciplines and industrial structure of the status quo and found that the existing problems,the study found that the first and third industries corresponding disciplines personnel training ratio and the first and third industry output ratio is not coordinated and matched.The low degree indicates that the adaptability between the discipline structure and the industrial structure of the corresponding disciplines in the first and third industries is not strong.On this basis,we use SPSS data statistical software to conduct quantitative analysis again.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis,we get the linear relationship between the proportion of enrollment of six major disciplines and the proportion of output value of three major industries in China,and get the regression equation.It is found that the proportion of enrollment of Humanities and medical disciplines is mainly by the second production.The proportion of students enrolled in economic and management disciplines is mainly affected by the output value of the secondary industry and the tertiary industry.The proportion of enrolled students in educational disciplines is mainly affected by the output value of the tertiary industry.The proportion of enrolled students in agricultural disciplines is mainly affected by the output value of the primary industry and the tertiary industry.Based on the data obtained,the paper predicts the change of the enrollment proportion of the six major disciplines in China over time.Taking 2025 as an example,the author concludes that the enrollment proportion of the six major disciplines in China is approximately as follows: humanities: economic management: education: medicine: science: agriculture = 11.84:29.27:8.78:44.77:2.0.Based on this data conclusion,it is proposed to control the enrollment scale of Humanities and agronomy disciplines,attach importance to characteristics and innovative training;properly increase the proportion of enrollment of economics,education and medicine to ensure the sound and stable development of disciplines;ensure that the enrollment of science and engineering disciplines is stable,improve the level of personnel training;adapt to the adjustment of industrial structure and establish a good forecast of talent demand;Suggestions to promote the coordinated development of discipline structure and industrial structure of higher education in China include adjusting the mechanism of discipline dynamic adjustment,adjusting the enrollment scale of universities rationally,constructing the innovation system of discipline and specialty,and enhancing the competitiveness of discipline.
