Dongying city junior high school has 84 (including nine-year school), since 2005 the implementation of the "standard" has achieved remarkable results, but whether the new situation, new problems arise, whether the balance of urban and rural middle school, also the allocation of resources should arouse our attention. Conclusion:Full implementation of the urban and rural middle school curriculum standards for physical education and health; teachers, PE teachers are fully achieve the academic requirements under law, but the overall urban teacher education and professional titles was significantly higher than rural teachers, the gap between the two was; township was outstanding teachers to urban mobility.City junior high school sports is better sports towns lack of junior high school; the lack of sports equipment is found in urban and rural middle school common problems, the township middle school gap even more.Urban and rural middle school physical library materials reserves of the overall shortage of rural schools is even worse; information tools with a significant difference between urban and rural areas.City junior high school sports overall too few investment funds, the township high school less. Suggestions:Should further strengthen urban and rural middle school teacher resources optimization, to enhance urban and rural middle school teacher training, and do a good job on the post of teacher education, teacher education to promote the concept of urban and rural areas and updated knowledge and continuously improve the overall quality of teachers, especially the quality of rural teachers, reduce the urban-rural gap.Increase investment in urban and rural middle school physical education funds and the intensity of investment in the site equipment, material and equipment to improve the conditions for school sports. Ensure that all school sports and facilities to meet the requirements of the new curriculum standards for urban and township health of every student services.To establish an incentive mechanism, and fully mobilize the teachers involved in curriculum reform initiative.
