It has been a long time since the development of physical education in China's colleges and universities,but it has not been fully promoted in colleges and universities,especially colleges and universities.At present,there are only 18 teaching weeks in a semester in Chinese colleges and universities,and there are only 36 hours in a semester for students.Excluding the class hours occupied by assessments in the middle of the semester and the class hours adjusted due to uncontrollable factors such as the weather,students are left to learn the actual There are not many class hours,which is also one of the factors that affect the promotion of physical education in colleges and universities.It is especially important for teachers to choose effective teaching methods within limited teaching time.The goal-oriented teaching method is a teaching method that integrates teaching ideas,teaching goals,teaching activities,and teaching evaluation.It is a teaching method based on the traditional educational theory,focusing on three-dimensional goals,using feedback and regulation as a means to comprehensively improve quality,and combining intelligence with non-intelligence factors.The teaching goal runs through the entire process of teaching activities,restricts every link of teaching activities,and is the starting point and final destination of all teaching activities.A scientific and appropriate teaching goal has a clear guiding role for teacher teaching and student learning,and it is the basis for improving teaching quality.The purpose of this research is to make in-depth exploration of the goal-oriented teaching method,using college public sports basketball options as a medium,and to determine the ways and methods of applying goal-oriented methods in college public sports basketball options,and to demonstrate the effectiveness of their application.In order to explore teaching methods that are beneficial to promoting the reform of physical education in colleges and universities and are more operable and easier to popularize.The literature method,survey method,experimental method,comparative analysis method,mathematical analysis method,and action research method are used to study the theory and practice of the goal-oriented teaching method in college public basketball courses,and provide a reference for future college physical education.The research results show that: 1.After a period of teaching,the experimental group's performance is significantly better than the control group,and the teaching results of the goal-oriented teaching method ofpublic sports basketball optional courses in colleges are significantly better than the conventional teaching method;2.The control using the conventional teaching method Group,the students' physical fitness scores before and after the experiment showed an insignificant regression;3.The goal-oriented teaching method applied to college public sports basketball optional course teaching effect is better than the conventional teaching method.Suggestions: 1.It is recommended to use the goal-oriented teaching method for public sports basketball optional courses in colleges and universities.2.It is recommended to use the goal-oriented teaching method for other sports optional courses.
