Investigation And Analysis Of The Teaching Ability Of Master Students In Physical Education Teaching In Henan Province

As the core competitiveness of master students in physical education,teaching ability not only relates to the future employment and development of master students,but also reflects the quality of college education,and plays an important guiding role in the modernization of school physical education teachers.This paper takes the teaching ability of master students in physical education teaching in Henan Province as the research object.Through the literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,logic analysis and other scientific research methods,the current situation of the master's teaching ability in some sports teaching directions in four universities in Henan Province is carried out.Investigation and analysis,the conclusions are as follows:1.This study analyzes from the macro level,and believes that the teaching ability of master students in physical education teaching in Henan Province should be investigated from four aspects: sports ability,classroom teaching activity ability,extracurricular sports activity ability and extracurricular sports training and competition ability.2.The basic situation of master students in physical education teaching in Henan Province is in line with the requirements of improving their teaching ability and has high professional quality.However,some master students have problems in their ideological attitudes,which is not conducive to the development of their own teaching ability.3.The master's degree of physical education in Henan Province has a solid theoretical foundation in sports ability,but lacks regular physical exercise and skill training.The physical quality and motor skill level show a downward trend,which is not good for the formation of teaching ability.Show the foundation.4.The master students of physical education in Henan Province have the ability to complete classroom teaching activities independently.They have rich theoretical knowledge and certain practical experience,but the individual differences are large.A small number of master students still need to strengthen.5.Through the analysis of the ability of extracurricular activities of master students,the masters of physical education teaching lacks corresponding theoretical and practical courses,which is the weakest part of the scope of teaching ability investigation.6.Through the analysis of the postgraduate's extracurricular sports training ability,the master of physical education teaching masters a certain theoretical foundation through the corresponding course learning,but lacks the practical application and practical application ability of the activity.
