Education flourishes and the country is thriving.At present,the shortcomings of education in China are in rural areas,and the shortcomings of rural education are in rural teachers.With the implementation of the "special post plan",the primary school special post teachers have become the main force of rural teachers,bringing hope to the rural education revitalization.However,at present,the teachers in the primary school special post are unstable,the turnover rate of the primary school special post teachers is high,and the external support conditions for the retention of the primary school special post teachers are in urgent need of satisfaction.Therefore,paying attention to the implementation status of the external support conditions of the teachers in the primary school,studying the predicament of the special support conditions for the special post teachers in primary schools,constructing the external support conditions for the special post teachers in the primary schools,and thus ensuring the increase of the basic rights of the special post teachers in primary schools.It has important significance.This paper takes the primary school special post teachers in the 16 townships of S County as the survey object,and adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,mainly from the material support conditions of the primary post teachers and the spiritual support conditions of the primary post teachers.Conduct questionnaires and interviews.The material support of primary school special post teachers includes: salary compensation,subsidy allowance welfare,housing life security and teaching work guarantee;the spiritual support of primary school special post teachers includes: family marriage emotion,student parent understanding support,peer support and school leadership understanding stand by.Through the investigation of the status quo,the problems and causes in the implementation of the external support conditions for the teachers in the primary school are explored.On this basis,we try to propose a targeted strategy,and then construct the external support conditions for the retention of the special post teachers in primary schools.The retention rate of post teachers,stabilize the rural teachers and promote the development of rural education.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly summarizes the collected documents,expounds the research status of the special post teachers at home and abroad,determines the entry point of the research on the basis of the literature,defines the related concepts of the research,and the current status of the research.A review was made to determine the research method to clarify the research framework;the second part is the research status,mainly based on the self-made questionnaires and interviews to investigate the actual conditions of the external support conditions for the retention of primary school teachers;the third part is the analysis and investigation.As a result,according to the current survey results,the predicaments of the post-secondary teachers' retention of external support conditions are mainly due to the low salary subsidy for primary school teachers,the low quality of rural life,the worrying teaching conditions,the large number of family marriages,and the difficulty of cooperation between home and school.Cheng Heli and the principal's companions lacked mutual assistance and other issues;on this basis,the reasons for the above problems were analyzed.The main reasons were that the salary of the salary was affected by many factors,the lack of support for rural life under the geographical partition,the shortage of teaching resources in the workplace,and the place of work.Far-reaching,non-arrival,conflicts between parents and teachers,and principals The fourth part is the construction countermeasures.According to the problems and reasons reflected in the survey results,combined with the successful experience of each region,the following countermeasures are obtained: the material support for the retention of primary school special post teachers is to encourage social welfare organizations.Establish a special education teacher's charity fund for primary school teachers,accelerate the construction of rural school teachers' housing and continue to supplement the allocation of human and material resources in rural schools;the spiritual and emotional support of primary school teachers is the education administrative organization to strengthen humane care,and all relevant departments actively assist primary schools.The special post-teacher family marriage and the strengthening of the principals' parent-tea cooperation.
