Since2006the implementation of the Special Post Grogram,Special post teacher has gradually become the focus of attention, the study of special teachers also gradually growing attention of the academia.Teachers professional identity is the professional and internalization of the professional roles of positive cognition, experience and behavior of complex, including professional values, roles, values, professional sense of belonging and professional behavior four dimensions. To teachers’ professional identity as the breakthrough point, this study investigate ShiPing County rural middle and primary schools, teachers professional identity difference, to expand and comparative study of teachers professional identity, teachers’ professional identity theory can be further supplement, enrich the teachers’ professional identity theory. At the same time, through comparative study, the general teachers, can further reflect on our country’s duty policy, provide theory support for the implementation of work plan, provide referential Suggestions for schools in the region management.The purpose of this study is to get Shiping County teachers in rural primary and secondary school teachers, professional identity level and the differences between them, and further analyzes the influence factors of teachers’ professional identity. This research through the Shiping County rural elementary and middle schools’teachers,100, at the teachers of the questionnaire survey to100questionnaire USES is "Shiping County rural primary and secondary school teachers’ professional identity questionnaire", and finally use SPSS16.0statistical to collection and analysis of the collected data, results show that:1. Shiping County rural teachers’ professional identity is higher than general teachers.2. Shiping County rural general teachers in vocational values, roles, values, professional sense of belonging, professional behavior on the four dimensions were all higher than that of rural teachers.3. Shiping County rural primary and secondary school teachers professional identity level in different gender, educational background there is no significant difference, the female teachers of professional identity level higher than that of male teachers professional identity level; But in different age character values exist significant difference on the dimension. older teachers professional identity level above the level of the younger teachers professional identity.4. Shiping County at rural primary and secondary schools teachers professional identity level on gender, age, record of formal schooling and teaching age there is no significant difference.5. For the influence factors of teachers’ professional identity level, from big to prioritize for interpersonal relationships, personal factors, survival condition and school management.In view of the special teachers and teachers’ professional identity differences, from teacher level, school level and government level to shrink, the professional identity of gap between teachers, in order to realize, the overall ascension of teachers professional identity.
