Research On The Current And Development Countermeasures Of Amateur Football In Suzhou City

In recent years,our country attaches great importance to football gradually and points out that China will become a powerful soccer country.Whether a country is a football power or not,it depends not only on the performance of the national team,but also on the level of amateur football.Amateur football is the foundation of the development of national football,and the development of amateur football o n the national football level has a good role in promoting.As a strong economic city and a strong sports city,Suzhou still as a certain gap with the real strong football market.By using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper inve stigates the amateur football players,teams,referees and league matches in Suzhou,finds out and analyzes the problems existing in the development of amateur football,and puts forward some suggestions of targeted countermeasures,providing the refere nce for Suzhou to promote the standardized,healthy and sustainable development of amateur football.Research findings:1.There are many amateur football players in Suzhou City,who come from all walks of life above the median income,spending about 100 yuan on football every month,mainly for the purpose of fitness and recreation.2.The teams are mainly composed of amateurs,whose funds are from AA sys tem and membership system.Only a few teams have coaches and most of team use the weekend time to play in the school football field.3.The referees are mainly composed of the professional teachers,with higher educational background but lower English level;with more law enforcement courts but less physical fitness;The management system of referees is standardized,however the implementation is insufficient.4.There are a lot of league matches but lacking quality events.There are more corporate sponsors,but the League funds are not enough.5.There are many problems,such as low quality and insufficient quantity of ground,insufficient funds for teams and leagues,insufficient coaches,low level of law enforcement of referees,insufficient propaganda and social support,more accid ental injuries and frequent violent events on the court and so on.According to the problems,countermeasures are put forward.1.The government should vigorously support and help the private sectors to speed up the construction of football venues.2.Establish the system of training coaches and referees as soon as possible,so as to improve the number and professional ability of coaches and referees in an a 11-round way,so as to promote the overall level of amateur football.3.Speed up the development of amateur football matches,create high-quality matches,attract more corporate sponsorship,and accelerate the amateur football market process,thus forming a good amateur football atmosphere.4.Perfect the construction of rules and regulations of sports events and legal system and attach importance to the security of sports events and the utilization of sports insurance in order to provide security for the development of amateur foot ball.
