The development of science and technology is changing with each passing day,and the national economic level is advancing by leaps and bounds.Development is inseparable from the corresponding scientific education activities.While educating the people's ideology and culture,we should also be people-oriented.The healthy development of physical fitness is also one of the necessary conditions for the growth of adolescents.The continuous reform of school sports is also for young people to improve their physical fitness in order to face the future of college or directly to the society.The growth of physical health of middle school students has a crucial impact on their future,social progress,and national development.In 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that it is necessary to accelerate the development of quality education and attach importance to the training of socialist builders and successors in all-round development of morality,intelligence,body and beauty.The Department of Education of Henan Province pointed out in the "Report on the results of the survey on the physical health of students in Henan Province in 2014" that the physical condition of middle school students is generally good,but the problems can not be ignored.Over the years,the Ministry of Education has also continuously improved the physical quality education for students.In 2017,the Ministry of Education revised the "Standards for Senior High School Sports and Health Curriculum(2017 Edition)" to continuously improve the teaching objectives of high school physical education.The development effect of school physical education teaching is closely related to the growth and development of students' physical and mental health.The healthy development of young people's physical quality must receive good physical education.This paper collects data through literature data method and expert interview method and summarizes the overall idea of this paper.Using field visits and questionnaires to survey 12 provincial-level demonstration high school physical education teachers and students in Xinxiang City,to understand the physical education curriculum of the provincial demonstration high school in Xinxiang City,the content of physical education curriculum,sports equipment,physical education teachers Based on the basic situation and the students' feedback on physical education,the results of the survey are analyzed by mathematical statistics and logic analysis to find out the factors affecting physical education activities.And put forward corresponding suggestions for the shortcomings to promote the harmonious development of school physical education and teaching activities,so that the model schools have more exemplary role models.The findings are as follows:1.The provincial-level demonstration high school in Xinxiang City complies with relevant national regulations in the setting of physical education curriculum,and actively carries out extracurricular sports activities to guide students to participate.2.All the teachers have written the lesson plans in the teaching process,of which 74.4% of the teachers' teaching plans are fully prepared,and 28.2% of the teachers strictly follow the teaching plans in the teaching.3.The school is more traditional in the content arrangement of physical education teaching projects.The teaching content is mainly concentrated on basketball,football and table tennis.There are few arrangements for teaching other sports,and there is a lack of attention to the individualized development of students.4.In the teaching process,teachers mainly adopt the teaching method based on physical exercises,and 60.3% of the teachers expressed active innovation and teaching to improve the quality of teaching.5.The school physical education evaluation system has yet to be clarified and improved,and the school's supervision in sports teaching evaluation is poor.6.The basic construction of each school is mature.The construction of badminton courts,tennis courts,volleyball venues and indoor venues needs to be improved.The equipment can basically meet the needs of all teachers' daily teaching activities.7.The structure of the physical education staff needs to be adjusted and perfected.Now the school teachers are mainly middle-aged teachers.The lack of high-education fresh blood is added.The proportion of male teachers is high,and the teaching staff has a poor scientific research consciousness.8.Students' perception of physical education is not comprehensive enough.
