In recent years,the state education department made a series of major policy decisions on deepening the reform of education,in 2018 the Ministry of Education issued "the ordinary high school physical education and health curriculum standards(2017 edition)" clearly put forward core literacy,physical education and healthy subjects to pointed out the direction of the high school physical education and health curriculum implementation at present stage,compared with previous changes will happen.This paper takes 11 provincial demonstrative high schools in lanzhou as the research object,explores the experience of optimizing the implementation of physical education and health courses in lanzhou provincial demonstrative high schools under the background of "based on the core quality of the subject",analyzes the existing stage problems,and puts forward the corresponding implementation strategies.This paper provides some references for the future development of physical education and health courses in lanzhou provincial demonstration high schools and tries to provide references for other high schools to study the core qualities of physical education and health subjects.This paper adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.AMOS 24.0 was used to establish a mathematical model and passed the validity test.In sports ability,sports,health,behavior and moral character of three horizontal dimension,monomial sports scores,extracurricular sports participation,sports skills to master and evaluation,sports rules and habits and health consciousness and specification,sports health care and injuries prevention ability,sports spirit and quality,respect the opponent and abide by the rules of the game,the physical character of carrying forward and spreading the nine longitudinal aspects as research direction,on the basis of the ordinary high school physical education and health curriculum standards(2017 edition)of the proposed target,contents and the teaching effect of requirements,provincial demonstration in lanzhou city high school sports and health course core literacy implementation present situation analysis,The following conclusions are drawn:The implementation of core literacy in physical education and health discipline in lanzhou provincial demonstration high schools has achieved certain results,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: teachers have a good cognition of core literacy in physical education and health discipline,and have some changes intraditional teaching concepts;Sports ability: inherit the traditional advantages of sports events,improve individual sports performance;Health behavior: students have a strong sense of self-protection;Sports morality: respect for opponents and abide by the rules of the game with a strong sense of individual competition has a good perseverance.The problems in different stages are as follows: physical education teachers' existing knowledge reserve and professional skills can not fully meet the needs of the core quality cultivation of physical education and health;The goal setting of physical education teaching is more general;Some PE teachers have single teaching methods and means.The content of the teaching project is not fit with the teaching goal very well.Teaching evaluation structure needs to be improved;Students' health consciousness and sportsmanship are less comprehensive;Teachers and students lack of physical education inside and outside contact.The author puts forward the strategies to implement the core accomplishment of physical education and health in lanzhou provincial demonstrative high schools:strengthening the theoretical and practical training of teachers' core accomplishment in physical education and health;To optimize the design of physical education objectives;Optimize the design of physical education teaching methods and means;Optimize the content design of physical education;Optimizing the evaluation design of physical education;Optimizing the process design of physical education teaching;Specific measures to establish the relationship between teachers and students in physical education.
