Teaching ability is the core of professional quality of p hysical education teachers, the fullimplementation of quality e ducation, the construction of sports teachers of high quality,improve the quality level of sports teaching, training the ba sic guarantee of socialneededtalents. Since the "sports and he althy curriculum standard"(hereinafter referred to asthe new curriculum has been implemented they are gradually play), its due effect. Thepremise of the stage of basic education PE teachers to learn the new curriculum standards ofbasic concept s and ideas in the further implementationof thenew curriculum implementation,and positive, which effectively promoted the de velopment of China’s basic education stagephysical education ca reer. With the promulgation and implementation of a new round of newcurriculum, whether in the ideological level, or in t he choice of teaching contenthaveundergone great changes, these changes resulted in the theoretical system of theoriginal kn owledge stage sports teachers of Basic education of our count ry is difficult to meetthelearning needs to teach the sport in the new era background, all aspects of the physicaleducati on teachers in China in the stage of basic education teachin g ability put forwardnewchallenges and requirements, therefore, has the very realistic significance to strengthentheresearch of a new round of curriculum standards of Physical Education teachers under thebackground of implementing the basic stage of teaching ability.The main purpose of this research: on the basis of lite rature review, attempts to define andanalysis the concept of PE Teachers’ teachingability from the angle of theory; trythroug hliterature theory, expert questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics ofthreelevelsandwaysof screening andconstructed caneffectively reaction Index system structure of ordinary high school physicaleducat ion teachers teachingthebasicability Guiyang city; thecontradicti on relationship exists between using the method ofquestionnaire survey, logical reasoning in the implementof the new curricu lum standard and Guiyang city basic teaching Ordinary High School Physical Education Teacher’s ability areanalyzed, to find out the mainproblems existing in current teaching ability of ord inary highschool physical education teachers of Guiyang City, and tries to put forward thecorresponding development strategie sfrom two aspects of subjective and objective; The abilityof students’ psychological guidance to bestrengthened, the problem o f making exerciseprescription ability level is lower; the impl ementation of contradictions andproblems and Guiyang City ordinar y high school physical education teachers in the teachingabili ty of thecomprehensive based on the new curriculum standard, the corresponding countermeasuresand suggestions are put forward from the su Bjective and objective point of view.
