In recent years,with the rapid development and the advent of the era of globalization,informatization and high technology.Our society is in constant progress,the economy is in rapid development,and our cultural knowledge is also in constant renewal in order to adapt to our society.The world has undergone sweeping changes,there is no denying that these changes are unprecedented in our history.In recent years,the trend of thought for the development of core literacy in the 21~stt century is overwhelming.Countries that all over the world have taken the cultivation and development of core literacy in the 21~stt century as a forward-looking education strategic issues for their national development.A great number of countries and regions have seen the need for talent cultivation and development in the 21~stt century.Combining with the national conditions of various countries,the government has put forward many different of core literacy frameworks and systems with the characteristics of the times and local characteristics.This paper is aimed at the observation and research of core accomplishment,the development and cultivation of problems and the status quo in the teaching practice.This thesis is to observe and study the problems and present situation of the development and cultivation of core literacy in teaching practice.This thesis is divided into five parts.The introduction is the first chapter of my paper,the author pays more focus on the related concepts and the relevant literature review.The second chapter of the thesis is the investigation and research on the current situation of the development of Chinese core accomplishment and its embodiment in the classroom of the senior students in primary school by using classroom observation,teacher's interview and student questionnaire.The third chapter of the thesis is the thinking and analysis of the development level and the existing problems of the four aspects:the language ability,the thinking ability,the aesthetic ability and the understanding ability of the Chinese core accomplishment of the primary school senior students.The fourth chapter of the thesis is the deep discussion and analysis about the causes of the problems on the development of Chinese core literacy of elementary and senior students based on the above investigation,and we can analyze it from there levels:teachers,families and students.The fifth chapter of the thesis is the propounding of the feasibility suggestion and training strategy in order to optimize the primary school senior student's Chinese core accomplishment from the level of the school,the teachers,students and the family.My suggestions for the problems are as follows:firstly,our schools should try their best to strengthen their management system,play the leading role and strengthen the innovation consciousness.Secondly,teachers should set up the concept of lifelong learning in order to integrate scientific teaching objectives,expand their knowledge base and development their professionalism.Thirdly,parents should strengthen more and more communication and cooperation with school,raise their awareness of students'education and pay more attention to the all-round development of their children.
