College students are the core strength of youth groups in our country,but also the most dynamic and creative group.Their innovative ability and entrepreneurial ability are the inexhaustible driving force for building an innovative country.With the wave of entrepreneurship,which called Innovation of mass Entrepreneurship,surging in the country,as a new force for innovation and entrepreneurship,the college students obtained the strong support of the national policy.National universities set off a boom in entrepreneurship education.They have made many efforts to train and improve the entrepreneurial ability of college students.Regarding entrepreneurship,many scholars at home and abroad have conducted research.The start-up of entrepreneurship education in universities in our country is relatively late.The study of the entrepreneurial ability of college students is even later.Undergraduate entrepreneurship is a process in which undergraduates fully integrate and use resources such as people,finances,materials and knowledge,and technology,seize market opportunities,create novel products or take charge of a series of realizing their own values and social values.According to the quality onion model theory,the conceptual model of college students' entrepreneurial ability evaluation consists of three dimensions — basic quality,general ability and professional ability— and ten indicators — Motivational awareness,physical quality,psychological quality,self-cognition,opportunity ability,social ability,innovation ability,Integrated professional,leadership and risk management capabilities.After evaluating the indicators of college students' entrepreneurial ability and quality factors through expert evaluation,The ratio of basic quality is 0.53,and the general and professional competences are 0.33 and 0.14 respectively.Among the secondary indicators,psychological quality,social ability,motivation awareness,self-recognition,leadership ability and innovation ability accounted for a higher proportion,followed by other indicators.Using the Evaluation Model of University Students' Entrepreneurial Ability to questionnaire survey of some H University students.The analysis of the data shows that the H university's entrepreneurial ability level is better,but there is still a certain gap between it and excellent.For this evaluation result,we suggest that ordinary universities reform entrepreneurship education mode,and focus on upgrading the basic quality of college students;promote the integration of entrepreneurship and professional education,and actively expand the universal ability of college students;improve the construction of the curriculum system,and focus on cultivating the professional competence of college students.
