Physics originated from the establishment of evidence.Without evidence there shall be no word,which is an inevitable requirement for the positivism of physics.As a kind of physical awareness,evidence awareness runs through the whole process of physical research and learning.The cultivation of students' evidence awareness is to make students clear about concepts and objects,think logically,take steps orderly and speak with evidence when solving problems.This paper uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.Firstly,it summarizes the research background and current situation of evidence awareness as well as the achievements of previous studies on physical evidence awareness.It also points out the importance of cultivating students' awareness of physical evidence.Then,the concept of evidence awareness is divided into four levels in this paper.It expounds the feasibility of cultivating physical evidence awareness on the basis of Information Processing Theory and Constructivism Theory.In addition,it is found that the current situation of junior school students' awareness of physical evidence is not optimistic through questionnaire survey of three schools and interviews with teachers.For example,students have limited understanding of physical evidence and poor initiative of collecting evidence,which makes it difficult for them to collect evidence from different perspectives,distinguish and apply physical evidence.Also,some teachers do not pay much attention to the cultivation of students' evidence awareness.Lastly,in light of current situation of the cultivation of evidence awareness in physics teaching,this paper puts forward five strategies to help cultivate evidence awareness,including fully tapping curriculum resources,fully preparing lessons and carefully presupposing,strengthening evidence awareness in inquiry activities,giving full play to the function of teaching evaluation and teaching students the methods of applying evidence.The author hopes this paper can provide some useful reference for physics teachers.
