The class is the smallest unit of the school.The class teacher is the organizer and guide of the class work.It plays a vital role in managing classes,educating students,and connecting with home and school.It is also the implementation of the national education policy and the completion of the fundamental tasks.Executor.A number of studies have shown that the level of competency of the class teacher will directly affect the quality of the class management,the growth of students and even the quality of teaching.In the daily management work,I found that there is a gap between the competency situation and the ideal state of most class teachers in the middle school of the school.There is also a gap in the competency of different class teachers.What ability does the junior high school teacher have to be qualified for the class teacher?What is the level of the junior high school class teacher in Suzhou Industrial Park?These issues have certain significance for the selection of the class teacher in the next stage and the professional training of the class teacher.In the research,I first collected and studied the literature through the library and resource library of Suzhou University.I use the literature method to define the research purpose,research significance and research methods of the subject of "Suzhou Industrial Park Junior Middle School Teacher Competency",and do a good background research and lay a good theoretical foundation for the next stage of research.Then based on the actual situation in Suzhou,I invited three outstanding moral education workers from the park to modify the "Junior High School Class Competency Assessment Questionnaire(Teacher Volume)" by Han Manru of Shanxi University.After that,I used this questionnaire to conduct a random sample survey in the junior high school class teacher in the park.Using spss software to analyze the results of the factors,factor analysis,reliability test,etc.,and finally got the four dimensions of the class teacher of Suzhou Industrial Park.Ten characteristics of competency,formed the "Suzhou Industrial Park Class Director Competency Level Questionnaire(Student Volume)".Then I randomly sampled 60 class teachers in 7 middle schools including Xingwan Middle School and Xinghai Middle School in Suzhou Industrial Park.In each class taught by the class teacher,5 students were randomly selected to participate in the questionnaire survey,and the results of the questionnaire were used by spss software.Degree analysis,difference analysis,etc.According to the measured results,the situation of the competency of the class teacher in the Suzhou Industrial Park was analyzed.The results show that there are differences in the competency of the class teacher,such as the length of teaching,gender,teaching,and education.Competency system is a dynamic system.As the job requirements,work objects,and work content change,the competency standards will also change.Finally,based on the research results,I proposed to improve the competency of the Suzhou Industrial Park class teacher from the aspects of accurately building the class teacher team,optimizing the existing class teacher training,creating a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism,improving the level of the class teacher's academic qualifications,and rationally utilizing the existing class teacher resources.Horizontal strategy.
