With the further development of new teaching reform and quality education,people's interest in education has gradually increased.Therefore,the demand for junior high school teachers is also increasing.At present,people are worried about how to promote the professional development of junior middle school teachers and improve the professional competence of junior middle school teachers.As we all know,the traditional teacher evaluation system is not conducive to the development of professional competence of teachers.More and more experts,scholars,and front-line teachers pay more attention to the study of promoting the development of professional competence and the development of professional competence of teachers.However,the study of the development of professional competence of junior middle school teachers does not appear from the perspective of the implementation of micro-education.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the current situation of junior high school teachers' professional abilities in the implementation of micro-curriculum teaching,and to summarize what problems teachers have in the process of teaching and what problems exist in junior high school teachers' professional competence.The development of junior high school teachers' teaching ability provides some effective strategies.This article is mainly represented by junior high school teachers who implement micro-teaching.Based on the status of junior middle school teachers' micro-class teaching,this article scientifically uses the literature research method,case method,and interview method to sort out the junior high school teachers' professional competence.First of all,using the case analysis method to analyze the process of teaching ability development of junior middle school teachers implementing micro-curriculum teaching.In order to make this article more clear and specific,the author of this article will use the following five dimensions to implement Professional skills to interpret analysis: teaching methods,educational research capabilities,academic communication skills,self-thinking ability after class,and the ability to use information and develop information.Second,after observing the teaching case,the author made further interviews with the teacher who taught the lesson,and learned through the interview that the teacher still had many problems in recognizing his professional ability after implementing the teaching of the micro class.The contents of the interviews were sorted out,summing up the teachers' lack of ability in the implementation of the micro-class teaching process.At the end of the article,the teachers will raise the professional ability of the teachers to provide effective solutions.
