China's tourism industry plays an important role in the national economy.The contribution of tourism to GDP has exceeded 10%,and the number of direct and indirect employment in tourism has exceeded seventy million in 2016.The tourism industry has truly realized the transformation of the resources to products for China economy.Women are an important part of the tourism market in the world.They are also a main force of tourism consumption in China.The female tourists in urban displayed stronger travel demand and consunption desire in these years.In the Internet era,the female tourists' information acquisition behavior has been changed dramatically.This change impacts tourists' consumption behavior and their satisfaction.To analyze the tourist information acquisition behavior of Chinese city female tourists,this paper applies the "The Extended Framework on Tourist Information Search and Acquisition" by Prof.PAN Bing(2006),discussing the information research and acquisition behavior in different demographic groups.The thesis pointed out the influencing factors of when Chinese urban female tourists start to acquire travel information before the trip.The paper discussed the different time tendencies of information acquisition in different groups of Chinese city female tourists.The information acquisition channels and the tourist information contents of Chinese urban female tourists have also been studied.The study found that the longer the distance from home,the earlier the Chinese city female tourists start collect travel information.More greater influence of information sharing from relatives and friends on tourists'choice of destination,the higher the satisfaction for China female city tourists.Based on the research,the paper put forward suggestions of how to enhance the commercial information service and public service for tourism industry.The tourist information spread from relatives and friends has a great impact on tourists' destination choice.Both tourist destinations government and tourism enterprises should attach importance to word-of-mouth,to form a virtuous circle of "good experience-good word of mouth-attracting new custmors from the surrounding people".Different ravel distances and varous travel services demands make information acquiresition behavior show diversity.For Chinese city female tourists,tourst information delivery should be timely and accordingly with their habits.Aiming at the disadvantaged groups.it is still necessary for providing traditional off-line information acquisition channels to keep tourism equality.
