| In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party,General Secretary Xi Jinping profoundly pointed out that the national defense education of the whole people should be strengthened and the "national defense concept of the whole people" should be fostered.At present,the situation at home and abroad is undergoing profound and complex changes.China's development is still in an important period of strategic opportunities,with bright prospects and severe challenges.Establishing national defense concept and fostering national defense spirit is one of the important ways to deal with international and domestic risks and challenges.College students are the future of our country and the hope of our nation.To strengthen national defense education,we must attach great importance to cultivating the national defense spirit of college students in the new era.This paper summarizes the stages of the evolution of the national defense spirit of college students since the founding of the People's Republic of China through the method of literature research and combining theory with practice,that is,the spirit of resisting the United States and aiding the DPRK with the theme of promoting heroism;the spirit of taking an active part in military service as the theme of national defense;and the spirit of national defense fighting that fears no difficulties and is willing to sacrifice;and the universal national defense education in Colleges and universities.Work;Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the cultivation of the national defense spirit of college students has great significance,that is,the cultivation of national defense spirit is the ideological basis for consolidating college students' devotion to national defense;it is the strong agent for strengthening their national value identity;it is the ideological guarantee for improving their comprehensive quality;the cultivation of national defense spirit of college students since the founding of the People's Republic of China includes patriotism and The military spirit,revolutionary heroism spirit,national self-reliance spirit and hard struggle spirit have adopted various and rich ways to cultivate national defense spirit,such as theoretical education,practical education and propaganda education.Through the research on the significance,content and ways of cultivating the national defense spirit of college students since the founding of the People's Republic of China,this paper further puts forward the good experience of cultivating thenational defense spirit of college students in China,namely,strengthening leadership attention,improving organizational structure,enriching classroom teaching methods,enriching teachers,promoting curriculum reform and improving teaching effect,establishing and improving network platform and strengthening network publicity.Starting from the course of cultivating national defense spirit since the founding of the People's Republic of China,this paper explores the significance of cultivating national defense spirit in Colleges and universities,then explains the contents and ways of cultivating national defense spirit in Colleges and universities as well as the achievements achieved,and summarizes the experience of national defense spirit in Colleges and universities,with a view to providing useful reference for cultivating national defense spirit in Colleges and universities in the new era... |
