Research On Localization Development Of Continuing Education For Social Workers Based On Symbiosis Perspective

The social work has experienced a special path in China.There are characteristics that practice is more backward than education.Therefore,continuing education must undertake the mission of vocational education.In this way,we can promote the development of the localization of social work profession.Therefore,continuing education is an indispensable part of the professional development of social work.At the same time,it is also an important way to enhance the ability of local social workers in China.With the establishment of the system,Shenzhen has played a pioneering role in promoting the continuing education of social workers,and has formed the “Shenzhen model”through practice.However,in the course of practice,there are still many real problems,such as lack of system,lack of sustainability,low quality,poor performance,and social workers who are blindly participating in training in order to complete their studies.Non-certified social workers are not active.Participation in training,and some registered social workers did not complete the prescribed continuing education hours.All of these are issues that need to be addressed and resolved.Therefore,this paper deeply analyzes the history and current situation of the continuing education localization of social workers in Shenzhen,and strives to further explore a future path suitable for the localization and development of social workers in Shenzhen.This research adopts a combination of non-structural interview method and questionnaire survey method to conduct research and in-depth analysis of research topics.The study summarizes three different development stages and four different development paths for the localization of social workers in Shenzhen,and finds that policy-driven,top-level design,institutional norms and demand orientation are important driving factors.The author also summarizes the symbiosis practice mode of the industry community of “5+N” in Shenzhen social workers through the three elements of symbiosis theory perspective,namely symbiotic environment,symbiotic subject and symbiotic network.In addition,this paper combines the social workers in Shenzhen to evaluate and expect the development of continuing education,and furtherexplores the development path of “all-round systematization” of continuing education for social workers in Shenzhen.
