Currently, Chinese society is undergoing profound and huge transformation and changes in the political and economic system, pattern of interests remodeling, integration, cultural customs, social structures and ideas derivatives commitment. They will inevitably trigger new social problems emerges. Dealing with and solving the social problems of the inevitable effectively need to strengthen the emphasis on social work. So the necessary measure of "building a grand social work personnel" is to build a socialist harmonious society. It is also an important opportunity to promote China’s social work to enhance the social identity and accelerate the pace of development. China social work education that undertakes the task of training social workers must pay attention to strengthening examination and reforming themselves, changing the mode of education and training mechanism so as to provide a good system environment and incubation system for the training of qualified social workers, as the current complicated social problems’solving and improvement of social environment and reserving the quality of social work professionals.Since the eighty’s of the last century, the development process of China’s social work was rough By drawing on the development of learning and training mode of western social work. Therefore, many colleges and universities in China Social Work Education and training problems and drawbacks of the above cited in the complaint with the local social work education for dissatisfaction, so pay attention to and strengthen the management of social reform and transformation, the education system and cultivation mechanism of China social work education localization and characteristic and cultivation mode of road is the primary study on the task in front of us.As a recipient of Chinese MSW education, in this paper, on the basis of review and certainly more than thirty years of reform and opening up to the community to work in universities and the rapid spread of various types of institutions in the mainland and on the development of meteorological presents exuberant, current college graduate social work health and employment difficulties, shortage of social workers employed market professionals, practitioners serious wastage, social workers and other poor students practical ability as a starting point, through literature research, survey research methods in-depth interviews and field observations to understand the obstacles and the development of social work education in mainland presence dilemma, to analyze the current situation and problems social education model colleges and training mechanisms, trying to render the current inadequacies of development of social work education in China, and the perspective of social work graduates to analyze and treat the shackles of social work training model of university education thus explain some insight in localization of social work education, considered necessary by changing the depth of educational reform and training mode mechanism, establish professional-oriented, multi-layered and complex, practice-oriented training system before they can open up a way to our new development of social work professional education and to foster a quality of social work qualified personnel to meet the needs of society, in order to build a harmonious and stable social force of the overall offer.
