With the rapid development of network technology and information technology,we have unwittingly placed ourselves in the new media environment.The new media has invisibly broke the boundaries between the school and the public,the relationship between the school and the public has become closer,and interactions between homes have become more frequent.As a social organization with high public and media attention,whether the image of the school is good or not plays a vital role in the survival and development of the school.Especially from the perspective of new media,how to manage the image of the school becomes a reality.An important aspect of school management.This study combines public relations and organizational imagery to analyze the connotation and constituent elements of school image management.It believes that school image is the sum of behavioral characteristics and spiritual characteristics embodied in the school process,and is the overall public generated by the school.Impression and value judgment.From the perspective of practice and new media,try to apply the school image recognition system to school image management.School image management is an organizational activity that enhances from the sense image,behavior image,concept image and media image to achieve the standard The goal of making words and deeds,attracting high-quality talents,forming a synergy of education,winning a good environment,and optimizing the overall image.This study focuses on the case of S elementary school.By observing the status quo of school image management and the conversation with school administrators,it is found that school administrators lack image management awareness,school management lacks effective theoretical guidance,and school image communication countermeasures are inappropriate.Therefore,in order to effectively manage the school image,this study puts forward the application of SIS theory for school image management,and combines the perspective of new media to creatively join the management of school media image.The specific countermeasures proposed are to form a school image management team.Open the image of the school's image communication,formulate the image crisis response measures,and systematically create a campus culture and ecology.This research enriches the research results of public relations and organizational image in the field of education,and expands the research scope of school management,and strives to provide more reference for the same type of primary and secondary schools.Secondly,it is of practical significance to use the case study method to deeply observe and study the whole process of S elementary school image management.Finally,based on the perspective of new media,this research explores the problem of school media image management in the new era,and proposes specific countermeasures in the process of school image communication,which provides the theory and practice of image management in primary and secondary schools.New ideas.
