Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the people's desire to pursue a high-quality life has become more and more intense.The pleasant work and healthy life have become the consensus of the people.Sports and fitness service industry which is catering to the needs of the age booms.Aerobics as part of fitness services get people's attention.The national fitness is in the momentum of steady development.The role of aerobics talents in the fitness service industry becomes more important.Many colleges set up aerobics courses whose quality can affect directly the development of aerobics talents' employability.Based on the theory of employability and the social demand,this paper systematically sorts out the employability structure of the college students majoring in aerobics currently working in fitness service industry,constructs an employability structure model,enhances the cultivation approaches of aerobics talents in sports colleges,increase the employability of aerobics specialty graduates,so as to fit in the requirements of fitness service market,which is greatly meaningful for the individuals,the growth of sports colleges and the steady development of the whole society.This paper takes the structure model of fitness service talents' employability on aerobics specialty as research subject.Based on the documentary study related with the structure model of employability nationally and internationally,it sets the initial elements of study according to the fitness service required positions and the interview on enterprises and institutions;through the methods of Delphi questionnaire,it collects the data from the three rounds questionnaires of eight college Aerobics Teaching and Research Section teachers,two Innovation and Entrepreneurship Teaching and Research Section teachers,four Employment Department staff members,and three enterprise managers and three institution employers,and sets up the 4 first-level dimensions and 24second-level dimensions of employability structure model of fitness service talents on aerobics specialty.Then it compiles fitness service talents questionnaire on aerobics specialty,tests the reliability and validity of the data by descriptive analysis,makes dimensionality reduction by exploratory analysis,confirms employability structure model,and test it by structural equation.Finally,with the model it analyzes the differences and suggestions of the employability structure model of aerobics specialty students and employment requirements,and college talents training objective and aerobics specialty students' self-cognition,so as to develop the employability of fitness service talents on aerobics specialty.The research conclusions are as follows:Firstly,there is a shortage of talents in sales,coaching and operation management in fitness service,and the quantity of in-service fitness coaches is far from the requirements with a great gap between them.Secondly,according to the important employability elements required by the aerobics specialty graduates in fitness service,the four employability structure model of personal quality,basic ability,special ability and social adaptability are constructed.Thirdly,based on the differences between the employability structure and the needs of employers,and the talent cultivation of colleges and the self-cognition of aerobics specialty students,combined with the employability structure model,this paper puts forward the path analysis to effectively solve the differences and enhance the training and development of the employability of aerobics specialty talents in colleges.Suggestions are as follows:Firstly,in the process of talent training,colleges should adjust the training mode according to market demands,clarify the training concept,and set up a mature and compound talent training mode centering on the market demands.Secondly,the employer should adjust the system of selecting and employing personnel,select the aerobics specialty talents matching the posts,and expand the scale of the oral-type talent training combining with the school training projects.Thirdly,aerobics specialty students should have an accurate self-cognition,cultivate their employability to adapt to the needs of posts,develop innovative thinking and cultivate creative ability,and establish a correct outlook on career choice and employment.
