The concept of "College students' employability" was proposed by the college students'employment problems are growing highly concerned about by all sectors of society. Recent years, with successive years of various college enrollments, the annual number of graduates has been growing for years. Graduates can not find jobs after graduation, while the companies can not find the right talent under high salary, which is called the employment gap. Analysis of the reasons for these problems we may safely draw a conclusion, after college experience's graduates did not seem to meet the capacity of the community requirements, and on the other hand, we are also concerned about what companies really need talent to achieve business prosperity, social progress.Based on the above reality, this study starded by analyzed existing literature, defining the College students' employability, then construct the theoretical structure of college students'employability. Following, we through open questionnaires, interviews to collect initial scale items and select 120 college students to experiments in advance, after in the item analysis, item selects, and initial exploratory factor analysis, we formed a formal scale which composed by 69 items. Then use this scale to measure 600 high-grades college students come from different academeis in Xi'an. after data recaption, to conduct exploratory factor analysis, Delete the items which contained in some dimensions but the quantity too little. Finally keep 63 items. Through on the 63 items'exploratory factor analysis, we conclude college students employment ability structure model consists of two main dimensions and 13 sub-dimensions. The two main dimensions is successful employment ability and maintain employment ability. 13 sub-dimensions respectively is basic knowledge, practice knowledge and experience, planning consciousness, information acquisition and understanding ability, self show ability, communication skills,extraversion,which is belonging to successful employment ability, and attributable to maintain employment abilitys' self-management skills, planning and organizing ability, team cooperation ability, the ability to solve problems, responsibility and self-confidence. The 13 sub-dimensions cover the knowledge, skills and personality elements. On exploratory factor analysis, we also through confirmatory factor analysis to confirmation the model, the results indicate that the model fitting index is good. And the reliability and validity exam indicade that the scale have high reliability and validity. Finally, we analysis the differfence of high-grades college students'employment ability from gender, grade, subject, whether have student leader experience, whether have internships and part-time experience, whether have a community experience. Results show that high-grades College students'employment ability have significant differences in gender, grade, subject, student leader experience, internships and part-time experience, But on the variable of whether have a community experience, there is not significantly difference.
