Since the 18 th Communist Party of China national congress,with the optimization of our social environment,more than 100 national policies and regulations have made clear requirements for the development of social work.The development direction of social work in China is becoming more and more clear,from the expansion of social work talent team to the gradual expansion of social work professional services,both progress and development together.Today,social work is booming,which cannot be separated from the professional contributions of social workers across the country.But at the same time,today's social work industry is also accompanied by chaos,so many people engaged in the work of social workers are deeply lost and disappointed in the professional future,and the job burnout appears.Talents are the basis of professional development,and the physical and mental health of social workers should be paid more attention.In recent years,the academic research on social worker burnout began to increase,but there are few studies on the impact of social support on social worker burnout.Based on this,first of all,according to the existing literature research,the author put forward his own research hypothesis and research design;Secondly,social support theory and ecological system theory are used as the theoretical basis of this paper to conduct a questionnaire survey of social workers in chengdu and collect and analyze data after in-depth interviews with some senior social workers.Not only analyzes the social demography variables of social workers to the influence of social support and job burnout,but also the social support and social workers job burnout has carried on the correlation analysis and regression analysis,the author mentioned above demonstrates that the proposed hypotheses,namely the higher social support score,a social worker job burnout degree is smaller;Then,through the analysis of the three dimensions of social support from the concrete influence,strengthen social support related Suggestions were put forward,including expanding the social relations,a sound system of organization,strengthening the recognition and use of social support system,social workers of job burnout and innovation management methods,in the prevention and intervention of social worker burnout;Finally,this paper summarizes and analyzes the research,summarizes the shortcomings and prospects of this research.
