The current social work in party and government,under the support of the development in full swing,and the development of social work in Guangdong province in the national region in a leading position,institutions set up a large number of social work,social work or more talent,but in recent years,especially the country's fastest growing social work in Guangdong area social work talent turnover rate is high,this is a wake-up call to the development of social work.In order to reduce the turnover rate of social workers and promote the healthy development of professional social work in China,this paper will study the job burnout of social workers in first-line communities.Based on several S of the line of Shenzhen community social workers as investigation object,take the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to investigate their job burnout situation,from the job burnout of three dimensions: emotional exhaustion,dehumanization,low sense of achievement to describe a social work job burnout performance,in line with mid work enthusiasm period,early burnout,burnout and tired at the end of four stages to describe a line of social work in the course of job burnout,detailed and in-depth show the formation process of job burnout,In addition,the author USES the theory of empowerment to analyze the causes of job burnout of frontline community social workers from the perspectives of the workers themselves,the government and the organization.From the perspective of organization,it is mainly due to heavy paperwork,low quality of professional training and little support for social workers.From the perspective of social workers themselves,it is the lack of professional ability and experience and the influence of others.Finally,based on the practical experience gained from the investigation of several front-line community social workers,the author USES the empowerment theory and social support theory to put forward relevant Suggestions and measures from the perspectives of workers themselves,governments and institutions.From the perspective of the government,it is mainly to improve the salary system and strengthen the support and recognition of social workers.From an institutional perspective,it is mainly to reduce paperwork and improve the training of social workers.Social workers themselves should enhance their professional autonomy and competence.It is hoped that these measures can be used to enhance the emotional support of frontline community social workers,restore and enhance their enthusiasm for social work,reduce the turnover rate of social workers and promote the development of social work in China.
