The new curriculum reform emphasizes that we need to pay attention to the changes in students' differences,and the education should be people-oriented and adopt reasonable evaluation methods in order to promote the development of each student.Sports schools(hereinafter referred to as sports schools)not only need to train athletes' special skills,but also strengthen their cultural qualities in order to broaden the development path.The General Administration of Sport of China has higher and higher requirements for the overall quality of athletes.Therefore,how to explore the teaching methods suitable for students in sports schools has become a topic worth exploring.Physical education students have less time to study in culture classes.They have to leave the classroom completely for a period of time because of training,competitions,etc.How can these students follow the normal teaching progress after returning to the classroom? All of the above reasons have greatly widened the gap between athletes.Traditional teaching methods have been unable to take into account the individual differences of students.How to make these uneven students achieve different levels of progress in their "recent development zones" is a question worthy of further study.Teaching advocates “According to Their Aptitude” and for all students.But the traditional teaching cannot achieve this goal.The differences between sports school students are particularly obvious.If we can't pay attention to the reasons of this objective existence and still teach students with the regular teaching methods,this will result in an increasing distance between students and more difficult to achieve teaching goals.The so-called layered teaching method,under the premise of recognizing the differences of students,scientifically and reasonably stratifies students,and sets different levels of teaching objectives,so that students in different levels can complete different teaching tasks and promote each level of students to experience the joy of success and development.This paper takes the eighth grade students of Shenzhen Sport School as an example,combining the disadvantages of traditional teaching to discuss the feasibility of implementing hierarchical teaching in information technology curriculum in junior middle schools based on the analysis of the individual differences in the students of the Sport School and the teaching characteristics of the information technology curriculum.Taking the example of "talking with charts" and "setting animation effects-The Monkey King to save Tang Monk" as an example,in order to meet the learning needs of students at different levels,the author stratifies students,teaching objectives,teaching tasks and teaching evaluations.The purpose is not to drop any one.Students,let more students participate in the classroom activities,stimulate their enthusiasm for learning,and develop students' thinking ability to solve problems.In order to achieve the purpose of teaching stratification,this research topic uses literature survey method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and induction method to fully understand students' interest in learning,basics of learning,and the cognitive differences.Then setting different teaching objectives,determining the corresponding teaching contents and implementing layered teaching according to the differences of students.After a semester of practical exploration,students' enthusiasm and self-awareness have clearly made great progress.Students like this kind of teaching method.They have made progress in stratification,and most students can develop to a higher level.Practice has shown that stratified teaching can effectively solve the shortcomings in the teaching of information technology in Sports Schools.We can try to promote it to other subjects.So it is feasible to implement stratified teaching among students in Sport Schools and it is worth to be popularized.
