The policy of "double reduction" is an important strategic decision for China’s education to enter the track of high-quality development.It puts forward new requirements for schools and teachers in the compulsory education stage from the aspects of after-school service level,classroom education and teaching quality,and teachers’ participation in after-school service.But at the same time,it will inevitably bring the risk of increased work burden to teachers.With the increasing work requirements,it is more likely to breed negative emotions of teachers,affecting the physical and mental health of teachers.Therefore,how to maintain teachers to produce exuberant energy and work enthusiasm is very meaningful.To study this problem,this paper introduces the concept of "job thriving".For teachers,work and family are unavoidable topics.Therefore,how to maintain the attitude of learning and enhance the vitality of teachers through a good work-family relationship has become a topic of common concern in practice and academia.Job domain is closely related to job satisfaction.Among them,work resources play an important role,which refers to the material and spiritual elements that teachers can use in their work and promote the growth of their work and the realization of their work goals.Job crafting refers to the cognitive and behavioral adjustment or change of teachers’ work tasks,working relationships and their own work skills,so as to match their work with their own knowledge,ability and preference.At the same time,for teachers,work and family are two important areas of life.The interaction and influence between the two.Work-family enrichment means that the resources and experience gained by an individual in a role in the work field can help them perform better in the home field.This study explores the relationship between job resources and teachers’ sense of job job thriving,and the mechanism of teachers’ job crafting and work-family enrichment in their relationship.In terms of research methods,this paper collects 347 valid questionnaires by means of empirical research,adopts convenient sampling,draws on mature scales of domestic and foreign scholars,and uses statistical software such as Mplus to test relevant hypotheses.The research results show that:(1)Job resources have a significant positive predictive effect on teachers’ job thriving.(2)Job crafting plays an intermediary role in the relationship between job resources and teachers’ job thriving.(3)Work-family enrichment plays an intermediary role in the relationship between job resources and teachers’ sense of job thriving.(4)Job crafting and work-family enrichment play a chain mediating role between job resources and teachers’ job thriving.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,some suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of school,family and individual to enhance the sense of job thriving of primary and secondary school teachers.Schools can appropriately increase teachers’ work resources,give teachers more autonomy in their work,provide clear,reasonable and fair channels for promotion,and pay attention to teachers’ family life and provide humanistic care.For families,a good family environment and supportive resources should be provided to teachers to reduce their worries.As for individuals,they should make good use of all kinds of support resources from school and family,and handle the relationship between work and family well,so as to enhance their vitality in work.
