With the continuous improvement of people's material standard of living and the increase of social problems,the demand for social workers increases sharply.As a mature area of social work in China,Shenzhen's the turnover rate of social workers has reached the warning line.Analyzed the reasons for the loss of social workers and verified that salary is an important influencing factor for social workers to stay in the social work industry and salary satisfaction of social workers is a key factor for social workers to stay in the social work industry.This paper focuses on the salary satisfaction of social workers,takes Wuhan social workers as the research object,conducts a salary satisfaction questionnaire survey on them,collects real data,uses Cronbach's Alpha reliability test to test the reliability of the questionnaire,and uses KMO and Bartlett spherical test's way to test the validity of the questionnaire.Descriptive statistics,mean analysis and other statistical methods were used to introduce the satisfaction of samples,and rank sum test and median were used to analyze the difference in satisfaction of samples.Through analysis,it is found that the overall salary satisfaction score of social workers in Wuhan is 2.797,which is low in satisfaction.Among the three dimensions of salary level,salary structure and welfare,the highest satisfaction is the welfare dimension,the lowest is the salary structure dimension.Through the single factor analysis of the factors affecting the satisfaction of social workers,it was found that the salary satisfaction of social workers with different gender,education background,job position,monthly income and salary composition was significantly different.Through the Multi-factor linear regression analysis of the factors affecting the satisfaction of social workers,it is found that the academic qualifications,positions and salary composition are the influencing factors of social workers' salary satisfaction.Based on the literature research and data analysis of this paper,the following suggestions are proposed: First,social workers should improve their academic qualifications;Second,social workers should strive to committed to improving professional skills,strive to obtain professional qualification certificates,and in order to promotion;Third is to establish practical and scientific salary management system;Fourth is to scientifically and rationally set up social workers technical posts and salary standards system.
