| The phenomenon of occupation burnout generated from all walks of life in today’s society has been particularly common, especially in some service industries, health care, education and civil service industry. These work content when the need for interaction and the service object, complex psychological brought processing work if failed to properly is easily lead to the phenomenon of occupation burnout. But in recent years has been concerned by the society of social work, business is booming, its commitment to the aim is to help people to help themselves professional principles, although the front-line social workers are engaged in helping people work, but its encounter stress causes psychological endurance and emotional control ability was not significantly higher than other practitioners. These social workers because of the characteristics of the industry more easily cause the problems brought about by the occupation burnout. This study in Xi’an area front-line social workers as the research object, mainly adopts a combination of causes and effects of factors common to explore front-line social workers Occupation Burnout Questionnaire Survey and case interview method and literature method, based on the previous literature collation, understand the present situation of the development in the field of investigation and analysis, combined with the objective data and finishing true interview content to give to front-line social workers occupation burnout and countermeasures, and puts forward feasible opinions and suggestions for the early prevention. |
