Resistance refers to a comprehensive ability that an individual can make positive choices and maintain psychological coordination when facing difficulties. It is an important psychological quality.Nowadays, the increasingly fierce competition in society, the neglect of parents and schools in teenagers' quality education, and the immaturity of teenagers' minds, they are also facing academic problems, examination pressure, social problems and so on.All of these will have a negative impact on teenagers, which needs to enhance their resilience to help them cope with and solve these problems. From the perspective of social work, under the guidance of the professional theory of social work, this paper uses group work method to enhance the resilience of adolescents. In this paper, the adolescents in A community of Ezhou City are taken as the research object, and several research methods are used, such as survey research method, interview method and action research method.Firstly,126 adolescents over 10 years old were randomly selected from A community to measure their resilience. The survey found that about 32% of adolescents had low resilience level, about 58% of adolescents had medium resilience level, and about 10% of adolescents had high resilience level.Secondly, through the analysis of the results of the survey,we find that there are some problems in adolescents, such as negative cognition, lack of sense of planning and goal, weak ability of emotional management and weak initiative to establish support relationship with the outside world. That is,there is a need to enhance resilience in the aspects of goal focus, positive cognition, emotional control, family support and interpersonal assistance. The author selected 10 suitable members from the low level of resilience.Guided by the theory of superiority perspective and the theory of energy enhancement, the group work methods and techniques were used to enhance the resilience of adolescents. The group effect evaluation data and interview data showed that the resilience of adolescents had been significantly improved, and the group goals had basically been achieved. At the same time, combined with the work of this group,we revise and refine the traditional working process and mode of the group, and summarize the working mode of the special group which relies on the "three cooperatives linkage" mode to enhance the resilience of adolescents. The results show that adolescents' abilities in positive cognition, goal focus, emotional management and interpersonal assistance have been improved through the intervention of group work methods. It not only strengthens self-confidence,can face up to the challenges in growth, and improves the overall quality, but also increases the deep communication and self-awareness of peer groups, and promotes their awareness and ability to actively mobilize resources around them. This study suggests that enhancing adolescents' resilience also requires support and help from the external environment system.Families, schools and communities need to cooperate with the work of social workers and constantly consolidate and develop the achievements of activities.
