| The independent colleges refer to the secondary colleges at undergraduate level organized by general universities in accordance with the new mechanism and the new model,which also grow in the priming stage of socialism.The establishment of independent colleges is an important measure to speed up the development of higher education in China and meet the needs of the society.And its internal governance mechanism reflects the unified will between the school-running subject and the manager,determines the institutional construction and evaluation of college in the future,it is an externalization of the school management culture.In recent years,the development of independent colleges in Guizhou Province has been put to the test,the governing mode under the board of Trustees of independent colleges is still in the stormy period,there are still many issues to be explored such as personnel systems,teaching management,students cultivation,and fund raising.In this thesis,I introduce the purpose and significance of the research,and on the basis of reviewing the current research situation at home and abroad,I tease the core concepts and relevant theories relatedto the research process of the thesis.Taking two independent colleges in Guizhou Province as the main research objects,and in the context of advocating the transformation of independent colleges into application-oriented universities,I take the management mechanism of independent colleges as the main research theme to investigate the current situation of campus construction,personnel system,faculty construction,and analyze the current problems by using references analyzing,case studies and interviews.From the thesis I try to explore the internal mechanism development mode of independent colleges in Guizhou Province,and put forward some suggestions with pertinence and maneuverability to the administrators,thus this thesis has certain theoretical and practical significance. |
