In order to solve the various crises in the expansion of running a university,“school system” emerges.Over the years,with the continuous optimization of governance structure,which call for a faculty-based management model,as a school-running entity integrating scientific research,teaching and administration,the secondary school undertakes tough and arduous tasks in university development and reform,plays a pivotal role,as well as gradually becomes the center of university's internal resources allocation and management.As a key field to realize the deepening of reform in colleges and universities,the secondary school is the focus to improve the internal governance and modern system construction in universities.Also,the modernized faculty governance is the key to improve the education level of colleges and universities.Now in the background of “double first-class” initiative,internal governance mode of subordinate academy of the University in our country,which can focus on the middle and micro fields of university governance,and stimulate the vitality of the school,is a vary important topic to promote the University and secondary colleges' function and efficacy.By applying multi-subject theories,this dissertation makes sort of the relative theory fundamentals and basic concept of inner governance model in secondary school,concludes the elements and system of inner governance model of subordinate academy.With the help of qualitative research method and based on the research of the current situation and problems of the internal governance mode of the subordinate academy,comparing and summarize the theory or practical experience indifferent types of governance.we try to construct an ideal internal governance mode of the subordinate academy and explore the construction of the modern university system.The structure of the thesis covers five parts: the first part is the introduction,including the research background,purpose and significance,literature review,research ideas and methods,as well as innovation and difficulties.The second part focus on defining relevant concepts and expounding the relevance theories.The third part is the integration of the elements of the subordinate academy's internal governance mode,mainly from the aspects of governance subjects,governance objects,governance tools,governance boundaries and outlines the core structure of governance mode.The fourth part introduces several main internal governance models in our county and their outstanding problems even governance dilemma.the power allocation difference as the starting point,which based on the literature analysis combined with field investigation and interview so as to describe the characteristics,case analysis and interpretation of the plight of the internal governance mode of the present three major college.The fifth part about reflecting and comparing the current situation of the three governance model,we try to put forward some suggestions for improving the current subordinate academy governance model,and tries to conceive the ideal subordinate academy governance pattern.
