With the development of the economy and the need for employment,more and more young people are pouring into the city to work hard,and many of them enter the enterprise.They have brought momentum to the development of the company and promoted the further development of the Chinese economy.However,there have also been some social problems.For example,many marriage-married youths are unable to find objects for various reasons,and they are facing increasing pressure on marriage and love.Such large-scale unmarried groups not only increase the additional cost of recruitment,but also affect the society.Harmonious and stable.With the help of the tutor,the author entered the S-city x Taiwan-funded enterprise trade union to conduct a half-year social work internship,selected the enterprise's older unmarried youth workers as the service target,and investigated and analyzed some problems in the process of heterosexual love.It was found that the unmarried youth of the company had problems such as lack of love communication skills and anxiety.Therefore,the author tries to improve the ability of the unmarried young people in the company to use the group work method to intervene,hoping to help them break the fear of love,change the wrong self-cognition and establish a correct concept of love,and enhance their ability to solve problems.To promote its future development.This study attempts to apply the group work to solve the problems faced by the enterprise's older unmarried youths.It uses interviews and observation methods to combine the theory and methods of social work profession with practical interventions,and design feasible group activities.Steps to operate.A total of 6 group activities were carried out to help them identify their own deficiencies and gain learning and growth in the group through interaction and communication among the team members.At the same time,the process continues to be observed and recorded,and the effect of the service is evaluated.Finally,the author rethinks the shortcomings in the whole group activities and proposes to improve the ability of the unmarried young people in the company to love and associate.This article is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the reasons for the selection of the thesis,the significance and purpose of the research,and the related research summary;then the author's research design,including the explanation of the research ideas;the definition of relevant concepts;the theoretical basis used;the method of use And innovation.The second part mainly discusses the problems faced by the unmarried young people in x-funded enterprises in heterosexual love,and summarizes six reasons.The third part introduces in detail the design and practice process of social work involved in the enterprise's older unmarried youth.The fourth part is an assessment of the content of the entire event.In the fifth part,the author has reflected and summarized the service activities,and put forward suggestions for improving the ability of the unmarried young people in the company.
