Structured Family Therapy Model Research On Social Integration Of The Involved Elderly

With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the trend of family mobility is increasingly strengthened,and the scale of floating elderly people is constantly growing.In order to cope with the pressure of old-age care and child-rearing,a large number of elderly people follow their children to live in the city.Facing the new living environment,social integration is the inevitable problem that the elderly people in the new environment must face and solve.The author to shenzhen trailing old man H community as the research object,based on the investigation of the needs in the community,through the observation of the H community 10 trailing old man talks,understand the H community trailing at present family life for the elderly,culture into four aspects,social interaction and the psychological level of society into predicament,analysis to the existing social integration is mainly influenced by individual and environment.The author takes grandma liu,who is seriously disturbed by social integration difficulties,as the service object of this case work.Focusing on the needs of grandma liu,the author starts with the closely related family environment of the old people who move with her,sets service goals and plans,and applies the family therapy model of structured family to intervene.The whole intervention service is divided into three parts: early stage,middle stage and late stage.The mid-term is mainly to evaluate the family structure,identify the pathogenic point,discuss the family plan and formulate the action plan;In the later stage,the family structure should be reconstructed,the bad family functions should be changed,the boundaries of the family subsystem should be set clear,and the services should be evaluated.Through 12 formal talks and 4 telephone interviews,the expected goals were gradually achieved.In the process of result evaluation,the social integration effect was evaluated from four aspects,including family life,cultural integration,social interaction and self-role identification,so as to achieve the expected goal.Finally,the author through the practical process of reflection,combined with the actual research,put forward the structure of the family therapy model to intervene in the social integration of the elderly.
