A Study On The Problem And Contrast Of Youth Work In Adolescents With Different Patterns

With the development of the society, the rebellious juvenile problems gradually come into people’s field of vision, people in different fields pay much attention on this special group.As people have a rational understanding about the rebellious juvenile problems, more scholars from different fields explore the reasons how the problems occur, hoping to find effective ways to solve such problems. This paper from the perspective of social work aimed to proverb the advantages of social work in handling the rebellious juvenile problems and hoped to help these juvenile get out of the troubles and achieve socialization smoothly.This paper is based on the "individualized"principle and using three typical cases to finish a comparative study.First of all,the author under the guidance of behavioral therapy model, combined family therapy model and rational emotional therapy plan to perform a systematic intervention and evaluation to the these three kind of cases. Secondly,the author will make a contrast about the final effects as well as a reflection and find that they all have serious negative emotions, parent-child conflicts and environmental adaptation problems.Social workers must do something to help them to release emotions, rebuild values and change behaviors.Differences is mainly manifested in the diversity of the rebellious’ attitude and behavior as well as the effects.Finally,the author do a research systematically to the three cases and mean to provide a references in further study on solving the rebellious juvenile problems.The study demonstrate that social workers should always adhere to the win-win professional idea in the service process and help the director to make full use of their own advantages to solve problems.At the same time,it is crucial to choose different modes to satisfy all kind of directors.Only in this way, will social workers have a deeply understanding about the value of social work,such as the "individualized"theory. More theories and practice can be helpful to social workers to provide much better services in the intervention of the rebellion juvenile problems.
